Deposits to your 375pk account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits are credited to your 375pk balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically within minutes. For bank transfers, processing times vary by bank and may take up to one business day.
Important: 375pk does not accept cash deposits or payments via cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in PKR.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though processing times may be longer for large amounts.
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Once your identity has been verified, subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours to one business day depending on the payment method and withdrawal amount.
375pk reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing withdrawals that are significantly above average for the account. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on the player's part.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your balance. Betting limits: Minimum and maximum stakes are set per game and per table. Attempting to place bets outside the stated limits will be rejected automatically by the platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to your payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time once KYC verification is complete.
375pk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside our reasonable control, including payment provider outages, network disruptions or force majeure events.
The maximum liability of 375pk in connection with any claim arising from platform use is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, such as in cases involving fraud or personal injury.
